Accounts Payable Clerk - Part Time (Temporary)

Join our company today to become an Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is located in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Estimated 20-30 hour/week.
  • Prepare payment remittances.
  • Manage communication with vendors.
  • Prepare Canadian payments and inspect invoices for contractors.
  • Review expense reports.
  • Work from the corporate office at least once a week to print checks and distribute correspondence.

What are the qualifications to apply:
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Experience with Workday Financials is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two­ year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
