Motion Recruitment Partners is currently hiring for a new member of our corporate Data Solutions team. As an Integration Specialist, you will support business goals by working with our data engineers to help mature our data integration capabilities. Our team collaborates across all functional areas of the MRP organization to deliver and maintain solutions that reduce system footprint and improve business process efficiencies. In this role you will:
As an Integration Specialist you will support data solutions of varying complexities through the following activities:
- Employ multiple tools and/or programming languages to create and maintain integration processes that move data between systems
- Maintain quality data practices through the application of system integrations
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding system integrations
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving processes through systems integration
- Support the rest of the data engineering team as necessary investigating/resolving issues, maintaining ETL processes, and other data related activities
- Demonstrate on-going learning of tools and processesI
Ideally you will have:
- 3 to 5 years of data engineering experience
- 1 to 2 years of systems integration experience
- Experience solving complex problems
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage many tasks at once
- Preferred: Experience with Bullhorn APIs, Workday Integration Platform, Workato
- Preferred: Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT & Python
- Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Preferred: Staffing Industry Experience
- Preferred: BA/BS degree
