Android Developer

Growing HealthTech startup is looking for a Full-Time Android Developer in based in the Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma area! 

You are candidate that can conceptualize and formulate apps that work on all Android devices. You’re highly skilled and understand the full SDLC lifecycle — from ideation to development to testing to release. This startup is pre-IPO and rapidly scaling to launch nationwide. Your team will report directly to the VP of Engineering in a very collaborative environment. This role is great fit for someone who wants to create big impact and exciting about building products from the ground up. You'll be part of a mission to impact change and push the healthcare industry forward.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years in software development and 3 years in Android app development 
• Java, Python and AWS
•  Android SDK and ability to use Android Studio 
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON and building server-side APIs and Client-Server interactions
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where handling pressure and achieving deadlines are normal.
• Excellent analytical skills, highly intuitive, decisive, and "get it done" mentality
• Experience with third-party libraries

Note
You will be onsite in Tacoma HQ for training for 1-2 months, then switch to hybrid out of the Bellevue office.
