This nationwide industry leader has an immediate full-time opportunity in Addison, TX for a Senior IT Security Analyst with strong Application Security and Third Party Risk experience. This position requires working onsite in the Addison office 2-3 days per week with flexible hours. Required Skills & Experience • Expert level knowledge in applicable hardware, operating systems and / or expert level knowledge of configuring systems, appliances, or software.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in related discipline or 7-10 years of equivalent experience.
• Advanced level certifications in key focus areas highly recommended.
• Proven work history in working in Dev/Sec/Ops environment.
• Strong understanding of secure coding and application development.
• Extensive working knowledge of application code scanning, such as Checkmarx or other static and dynamic code scan tools.
• Good understanding of third-party risk as it relates to security of SAAS solutions to aid new application onboarding.
• Good understanding of review of SOC1/2 as relates to onboarding and yearly review of critical applications.
• Good understanding of creating a third-party questionnaire for review of security program for third parties What You Will Be Doing • Operating autonomously, with a broad impact across multiple systems. 
• Acting as the subject matter expert in design of security related infrastructure/systems. 
• Providing management with risk assessments and security briefings to advise them of critical issues that may affect customer, or corporate security objectives. 
• Evaluating and recommending security products, services and/or procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness . The Offer
