Onsite Junior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Systems Engineer to join this dynamic team. As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining our organization's systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers and IT professionals to ensure the efficient operation and optimal performance of our technology systems. You should have at least 1-2+ years managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, and other related Technologies. You should have experience working with a ticketing system and escalating tickets when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system administration and network principles.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system monitoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and scripting tasks.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and end-users.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
