Lead Software Engineer in Test, Robotics SaaS

A robotics company based in Andover, Massachusetts is hiring for a Lead or Manager level Software Engineer in Test to lead a team of QA Engineers in both manual and automated testing, and hands on building automation frameworks in Python and Selenium Webdriver, as well as building out CI/CD tooling in Jenkins.
This company is very innovative and was recently acquired by one of the most profitable retailers in the US. Their business model involves automating the supply chain pipeline of groceries using robotics. You’ll be involved in ensuring the quality of these systems which are very much client facing and integral to the entire business model.
This role is hybrid remote, and will require this engineer to go to the office around 4x per week to start, with more flexibility to follow. Required Skills & Experience

• Leadership or management experience of direct reports
• Python automated testing
• Selenium Webdriver
• API Testing
• Bachelors of Science in CS or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Background in device or robotics a plus, but not required
