Job description
Our client is in the Wafers/Defense space looking for an IT Support Supervisor that can help with client-facing responsibilities and setting up their office over there.

• Install, image, configure, and provide quality control for computer systems.
• Troubleshoot software or hardware issues
• Providing technical and non-technical support to all users, consulting them, and walking them through their issues
• Establish accounts for new users and resolve password/login issues.
• Associate s or bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field preferred, any certifications would be a plus
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
