Job Description
An Arlington, VA non-profit is hiring a SharePoint Administrator to help them further their mission of providing aid to service members and their families. This is a full time position and does require 2-3 days onsite in their office
This role will serve as the lead for their migration to their new SharePoint online intranet, including driving engagement across the organization, encouraging the adoption of collaboration tools, as well as the provision of insightful analytics to key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the intranet. This role will also take a leadership role in intranet communications and knowledge management, and will act as the go?to source for employees to find and contribute information and knowledge they need to do their jobs. Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, IT, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in intranet management and a solid understanding of communication tools and services such as SharePoint Online, Yammer, Teams, Viva Connections, Stream, etc.
- Experience in driving engagement and collaboration across an organization.
- Strong knowledge of intranet development and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working for a non-profit organization.
- Passion for nurturing relationships across a complex digital ecosystem
- Excitement about participating in the dynamic shifts happening with intranets, technology, and the changing nature of work
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to function successfully in a team-oriented work environment
- Motivated, self-starter, and adaptable to changing requirements as needed
- Highly organized, able to prioritize competing tasks, keep good records, and manage limited time
- Communicative, using clear language to share ideas in writing and speech
