Mid- Level/ Senior Software Engineer

We are working with a R&D partner to the Intelligence and DARPA space who is focused on developing cyber-networking technologies for the Department of Defense. Working with Embedded C++ or C, Linux, and sensor technology. This position is full-time on-site in Arlington, VA.
This position is a great way to get involved with the ‘fun’ side of government work and is not legacy heavy, but product driven. You will be working on exciting projects ranging from electronic warfare to cyber networking. They are hiring across all seniority levels with a minimum of two years’ experience required. Compensation ranges depending on experience, but they are able to put together very impressive compensation packages.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience with C++ or C programming language
• Linux
• Kernels
• Systems engineering exposure
• Experience writing complex algorithms
• Experience working with sensor technology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance

• Java or Python

• Master’s degree
• Secret clearance or higher
