Enterprise Risk Project Manager

Our client, an American independent investment management company, is actively looking for an Enterprise Risk Project Manager to join their team remotely!

*** This begins as a 5-month contract, with an opportunity to convert***

 

Responsibilities

• Drive the on-schedule completion of deliverables in accordance with the Program Roadmap
• Manage cross-group dependencies in collaboration with the Program Manager
• Facilitate effective execution of Working Group events (planning, recurring status update meetings, reporting to senior leaders/ steering committees)
• Build a trustful, safe work environment based on openness and transparency
• Proactively protect the team from external distractions and/or reorganization of deliverables to align to changes in priority
• Guide and coach team discussions, decision making, conflict resolution, and working agreements

 

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience leading projects with multiple workstreams and teams of 20+
• Scrum Master experience in a business/ non-technical setting (ability to translate agile concepts to plain English)
• Experienced engaging with Business partners, establishing project schedule, and leading discussions
• Familiarity with JIRA and scaled Agile
• Must also possess the ability to produce high level Executive Presentations
