SAP Comissions Consultant (Production Support)

Requirements:

• 7-10+yrs technical experience
• 2-5yrs+ experience supporting and maintaining SAP Commissions
• Ability to execute production support activities in SAP Commissions UI, database Server, running interfaces and transferring data between various data sources
• Focus on production support, maintenance of live-real time applications
• Perform data analysis/audits using the SAP Commissions UI, database server, and MS Excel to resolve issues with payments
• Ability to support testing plans, test cases and scripts
• An analytical mindset with a keen focus on data, experience in maintaining dashboards in SAP Commissions
• Prior experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and provide recommendations on solutions with consideration of best practices and longer-term impacts of decisions

Bonus / Nice to have: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering along with Statistics and Economics or a related discipline
• Experience building dashboards in SAP Commission or SAP Commissions architecture knowledge nice to have for future roadmap but not required, support/maintenance is first priority
• Experience with Crystal reports
• Telecom Dealer Compensation settlement experience
• Certified Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions Consultant
• Ability to share best practices with SAP Callidus / Commissions, communicate lessons learned as they come up for continuous improvement
