Attack Simulation / Threat Emulation Engineer

One of the nation’s largest health insurance companies is looking for an Attack Simulation Engineer that will be responsible for conducting simulated attacks for their enterprise environment. You will identify vulnerabilities and assess any threats as they come through.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a mix of red and blue team experience. You should be able to have experience a wide variety of security methodologies, such as threat hunting, vulnerability management, and penetration testing. This is a fully remote role that can be done virtually anywhere in the United States. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with threat and vulnerability management
• Experience working with both offensive and defensive security tools
• Proficient with MITRE ATT&CK framework and related offensive security tools
• Strong scripting experience with Python or Bash
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Ability to articulate security concepts and strategies to both technical and nontechnical teams

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, or related STEM degree
• Professional certifications in infotech and/or cloud security (CISSP preferred)
