Cyber Security Development and Exercise Manager / Remote

I’m partnered with an enterprise FinTech company that is looking fo a Cyber Security Training and Exercise Lead. You will be building out a team of security engineers to proactively search for threats that may be prevalent in other teams.
You should have both red and bue team experience and able to design and build table top exercises. You will work these through each cycle and build upon them for the senior leadership. This is a fully remote position that could be done anywhere in the US. Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Security engineering experience
• Experience managing and mentoring junior employees
• Experience working with both offensive and defensive security tools
• Experience building out and implementing table top exercises
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Ability to articulate security concepts and strategies to both technical and nontechnical teams

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, or related STEM degree
• Professional certifications in infotech and/or cloud security (CISSP preferred)
