Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Laravel, Python, and AWS to join our engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and performant.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using Laravel and Python.
Architect and implement AWS-based cloud solutions, optimizing for scalability, security, and reliability.
Contribute to code reviews, mentor junior team members, and promote best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Participate in the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and monitoring.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Laravel, Python, and AWS.
In-depth knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and the Laravel ecosystem.
Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
Strong experience in designing and implementing AWS-based solutions.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
