Senior PHP Developer (Midtown Atlanta, Hybrid Schedule)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our team in Midtown Atlanta. The successful candidate will work on developing and maintaining our software solutions for security monitoring on construction sites. You will be responsible for leading the development of complex PHP applications, improving performance, and ensuring a high level of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex PHP applications for security monitoring on construction sites.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure the code meets high standards of quality and performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing code and provide solutions to problems.
• Work with the QA team to ensure the software meets the requirements and is free from defects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and recommend best practices to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Location: This position is located in Midtown Atlanta. The successful candidate will have the option to work in the office or remotely, with a hybrid schedule.
