We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the team!
Qualifications
  • BS in CS or technically related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience software engineering using Java
  • 2 years in technical support
  • Fast learner
  • Thrives in collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
  • Review and investigate issues raised by client and provide guidance based on documentation
  • Understand client software configuration and customizations
  • Utilizes software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers in the software development process
