Site Reliability Engineer/ Atlanta

A prominent logistics startup with the financial backing of a well-known enterprise business in Atlanta is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to help scale out and automate a robust logistics platform. One of the major upcoming projects is a Kubernetes migration, and they are looking for someone who can act as a SME towards this project.

In addition to containerization experience, they are looking for someone with a strong cloud infrastructure background, preferably with AWS. SREs in this role will also be writing IaC with Terraform and standing up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience SRE / DevOps experience
• Kubernetes experience
• Experience setting up and owning CI/CD pipelines
• Configuration Management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
• Can write Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Cloudformation
• Cloud experience (preferably with AWS)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience working on a Kubernetes migration
• Collaborative team player
• BS in Computer Science or related field
