Software Engineer

Software Engineer This full-time, hybrid software engineer role will be responsible for building the video services platform used by construction sites for video monitorization and time-lapse purposes. This company has partnered with construction sites interested in improving security, project management and monitorization through video streaming and site photography.
You have a chance to join a tech-driven and customer-motivated company as a video software engineer. Engineers will write efficient, scalable code in PHP and/or Laravel. Experience in cloud and video streaming services is a plus. Coming into the ATL office up to three days a week, engineers will enjoy the professional but personable work environment, cutting edge video software projects, and collaborative work environment. Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related major required
• 3+ years software engineering experience in PHP and/or Laravel

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to work closely with other developers
• Familiarity with cloud and video processing

• 60% PHP
• 30% Laravel

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% remote backend web development projects
• 30% in-person video service programming projects
• 10% cloud engagement
