Technical Business/Application Analyst - 4 Day Hybrid in Atlanta

This company is a subscription service that is used by a group of creatives to learn how to sell their products, become business professionals, and host trade shows for new experiences and learning. As a Technical Analyst you’ll over see their applications, facilitate escalation for debugging, and investigate internal inquiries.
This is a hybrid role 4 days a week in Atlanta, GA. This person will be the Directors of IT’s right hand person, and will be the face of the organization behind the Director. So, if you have can be blunt, honest, and nice, this could be the step into technology for you! Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in a technical role
• 2+ years working with a CRM.
• 2+ years in SQL, and ability do reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

• 60% Client Facing Interaction and Work
• 40% Technical Debugging and Reporting
