Engineering Manager

Their office is located in Ball Ground, GA. This is a full-time position. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product development in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)
• Knowledge of software design, testing, debugging and documentation
• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and Python
• Familiarity with communication protocols, electrical CAD, and power management
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Direct engineers to ensure best practices in software development
• Design, develop, and install software solutions
• Evaluate and improve systems analysis, policies and procedures
• Obtain and license software and keep information confidential
• Provide information and accomplish engineering mission as needed
