Development Manager for a Device Team / Philadelphia, PA

A stable and growing payment processing company is looking for a Development Manager with device experience to oversee their team that develops code for their flagship payment terminals. They assist a variety of enterprises in establishing effective and secure payment processing solutions. You will be managing a small team while staying hands-on with development and code reviews. 

Experience with C#, WPF, MVVM, and multi-threading is very desirable. Candidates must have prior team leadership or management experience. This is a HYBRID position in Center City Philadelphia. To be eligible, candidates must currently reside in PA, NJ, or DE (Greater Philadelphia area). Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience with C#
• WPF
• MVVM
• Multi-threading
• Experience leading or managing a team

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus but not required

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• 30-40% Hands On Development
• 50% People Management and Technical Management
