Help Desk Engineer

Our client is currently looking to bring a Help Desk Engineer onto their team to help them push the boundaries of technology and science with the goal of making a difference in patients lives. Their ideal candidate is a Jack of all trades type of person who has had experience running projects, has experience with implementation, as well as being part of rollouts.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, Windows, macOS, Linux
  • Experience supporting AV
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals
  • A hunger to learn and strive in their work
Preferred Experience
  • Some cloud experience; AWS, GCP, Azure

This role does require an on-site presence of 5 days a week in their Greater Boston office
