A well-established and one of the longest-lasting mutual insurance funds is currently hiring a Junior Manual Quality Assurance tester. The company is a backbone of the insurance market in Massachusetts and has been around for over 200 years. This is a hybrid opportunity and requires 4 days a week on location in Andover Massachusetts.

The Junior Manual Quality Assurance Tester is a position that is urgently hiring, and they hope to have a candidate in the hiring process by the New Year. This role will consist of 100% manual testing, with the opportunity to become more automation focused after a few months of employment and training. This is a Junior level position so 1-3 years of experience is expected.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience performing technical systems analysis
  • Experience with Excel and Visio
  • Experience with Jira, MySQL Work Bench, SQL, JavaScript, PERL, VBScript
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong functional and technical skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on the fly
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required) preferably in the computer science / engineering field
