Job Description A leader in the sustainability and renewable energy industry is expanding their Big Data capabilities and looking for a Product Owner to help with that growth. Their Big Data Platform team is responsible improving energy automation and management solutions across different verticals and industries.
As a Product Owner you will be working closely with engineering, product management, and project management, and business teams to plan and execute a strategic roadmap. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, product management
  • 3+ years of experience working with Data Platform and API environments
  • Ability to think strategically about product decisions and gain support across multiple teams
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience communication skills both verbal and written
What You Will Be Doing
  • Engage with users and customers to understand their needs and translate them into requirements
  • Create and maintain product vision and product backlog
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class and innovative products
  • Serve as the voice of the customer across multiple different teams
  • Clearly establish and set up strategic vision for teams to follow
  • Set KPIs and metrics to track and hit to ensure success across the business
  • Monitor product progress and report to executive leadership on a regular basis
