Our client is currently seeking a Tableau Developer to join their team as a Contractor, offering flexible full- or part-time options. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting omnichannel pilots by designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining production-level Tableau content under the guidance of PDT Franchise members. Your responsibilities will encompass documenting your work and providing training to enable users to independently enhance and maintain the Tableau dashboards. Additionally, you will perform data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design while collaborating with other team members who utilize existing systems such as GitHub, Tableau Online, and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Tableau content for omnichannel projects, closely aligning with PDT Franchise members' directives.
- Create comprehensive documentation of your work and provide user training to ensure the self-sufficiency of Tableau dashboard maintenance and enhancement.
- Collaborate with fellow Analytics and Data Management team members, utilizing platforms like GitHub, Tableau Online, and Databricks for efficient teamwork.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau dashboards, coupled with a strong understanding of Tableau administration and architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, and a fundamental knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with GitHub to facilitate collaborative work.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with Databricks.
- Prior exposure to working with digital marketing data, encompassing web, email, and advertising data.
