AVP of Product Management - Digital Banking

This company is looking for an AVP – Product Management to oversee all three of their banking and payments product lines. Their portfolio of products includes money movement offerings, digital banking platforms, account opening and onboarding products, and more. As an AVP of Product Management, you’ll be responsible for leading the development, launch, and improvement of products across the entire portfolio of services. This is a full-time employment opportunity with the expectation of being able to access an office in Portsmouth, NH as needed (ideally once per week).

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ YOE in Product Management
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Understanding of banking products (deposits, cards, lending)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of products

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Jira among other Atlassian tools
• Experience managing money movement, onboarding, and member service prodcuts
• Ability to work closely with engineering and marketing teams

What You Will Be Doing


Daily Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Product Managers to develop product and feature roadmaps based on customer feedback and insights from CX, IT, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
• Promoting the skill development and growth of your direct reports
• Ensuring Product Managers across every team maintain a thorough understanding of big-picture product strategy
