DevOps Engineer for Boston AI Start-Up

Do you want to make an impact with your next role? A modern AI company in Boston, MA is looking to change the game for grocery stores and retailers world wide. This company is responsible for creating robots to make it easier and more efficient for grocery store fulfillment. They quadrupled their revenue last year and are looking to grow out their engineering department. Currently, they are looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer to build out and automate modern tools for developers to use.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work with teams cross functionally to contribute to the cloud roadmap of the company. You should have experience with automation and orchestration tools.This is a hybrid role and candidates should be comfortable going into their local Back Bay office 1-2 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE environment
• Experience building and maintain automation tools and applications in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Containerization and orchestration experience, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code, either CloudFormation or Terraform
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a Biotech/Biosciences environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related STEM major
