Job Description
This coming is hiring a Director of Product for their Provider platform, a technology solution designed to improve the delivery of healthcare services to patients. The platform offers a range of tools and services that help healthcare providers streamline their workflows, enhance patient engagement, and improve outcomes. Providers can access patient data, manage appointments, and communicate with patients through a secure and user-friendly interface. The platform also includes analytics and reporting features that allow providers to track and analyze their performance and make data-driven decisions. Overall, the platform is designed to help healthcare providers deliver high-quality care more efficiently and effectively.

As a Director of Products working on their Provider side, your primary responsibilities are to develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives. You will create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements for the company's provider-focused products, lead the product development process, conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and work with marketing to develop product positioning and messaging. You will establish KPIs and track metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Developing and communicating a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the key features, functionality, and enhancements for the company's provider-focused products.
  • Leading the product development process from ideation to launch, working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful execution.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes that inform product decisions.
  • Working with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's product offerings.
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, and marketing, to bring new products to market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Oversee the entire product development life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Lead the product management team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure success.
