Frontend UX Engineer

As a UX React Engineer at our Venture Capital Firm, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user experiences for our portfolio companies' web applications. You will work closely with our investment teams and portfolio companies to understand user requirements and design effective user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user interfaces using ReactJS and other front-end technologies
• Collaborate with investment teams and portfolio companies to understand user requirements and design user experiences that align with their needs
• Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across portfolio companies' web applications
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve user experiences
• Ensure web applications are accessible and responsive across devices
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to integrate front-end designs with back-end systems
• Continuously improve and optimize user experiences based on data analysis and user feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with ReactJS and other web technologies
• Experience with design systems and user-centered design principles
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience conducting user research and testing to gather feedback and improve user experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in finance or venture capital is a plus, but not required
