Full Stack Software Developer

Job Description: They are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in frontend development using React and backend development using Node.js. In this role, you will work closely with the team to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that drive their fintech platform forward. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the product, and collaborate with talented professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable frontend and backend applications
• Build reusable and responsive UI components using React, ensuring the best user experience across multiple devices
• Implement APIs and integrate with external services to enhance platform functionality
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with backend development using Node.js, Express, SQL, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools such as Redux, Webpack, and Babel
• Knowledge of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL
• Proficient understanding of version control systems, preferably Git
• Understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
