An investment company based in the Seaport of Boston is currently hiring for a Help Desk Manager to support about 250 internal end users. The company has been in business since 2000 and is very stable and profitable so if you are looking for long term security, this is a great opportunity.
You’ll oversee a team of 4 help desk specialists but still remain very hands on handling tickets and acting as the point of escalation. They are a Windows environment, doing mostly PC support and using Active Directory and Exchange. Required Skills & Experience
