A care management organization located in Boston is currently looking to onboard a Help Desk Specialist to join its Operational Support Group. The organization has been a leader in developing and providing its customers/clients with integrated healthcare for over 50 years. 

This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week and potential travel to other locations in Massachusetts. This position will focus on providing customer service to end users and includes support on: desktop hardware, printers, application support, security administration, and telephone administration. The ideal candidate would have sufficient experience with Active Directory, Office365, Cisco VPN, and Windows 10+. Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in Windows Networking Experience
- Experience with Laptop or Desktop support
- Sufficient Experience with Office365, Active Directory, Adobe, and Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with Asset Management tracking systems 
- Android or Apple experience preferably in based devices in an enterprise-level environment
- Professional with ServiceNow
- Ability to track and monitor ticket requests in an efficient manner 
What You Will Be Doing
  • Prioritize tasks and establish expectations for assessing and determining when to escalate issues
  • Monitor and manage ticket requests to ensure they are resolved promptly and with the company’s SLA requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive records in ServiceNow to aid in ongoing systems improvement, workload tracking, and identification of recurring issues
  • ???????Encourage employees to use self-help procedures and ServiceNow knowledgebase articles

  • Keep track of IT systems, applications, and software licenses using CCA’s approved asset tracking systems
  • Assist employees with Cisco VPN connectivity and provide support for assigned networks
  • Help employees with their mobile devices, such as cellphones and tablets
  • Offer troubleshooting services for both onsite and remote environments
