This role is at a company in the health and wellness space. They are working on building their customer engagement platform team and need an experienced Product Designer to help drive large scale research projects for their medical provider audience. This individual will be responsible for developing design best practices across their design organization and will help to steer UX Leadership efforts.
You will be improving a platform that has millions of users, drives millions of dollars in revenue and is changing the landscape of the health and wellness industry. Your research will inform the direction of major product improvements to drive adoption of a product suite with growing market share.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Deep knowledge and expertise in in-person and remote user research
- Experience in the B2C SaaS space
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and win buy-in from design and engineering departments
- Portfolio demonstrating past work and accomplishments
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to work on design best practices
- Develop journey maps, design validation criteria, and provide VoC within internal groups
- Be a SME with an understanding of journey maps and persona development to gain adoption across the design org
