A digital therapeutics startup company in Boston is seeking a remote, full-time, UX Designer to lead in establishing a patient portal for the organization's breakthrough VR/AR technology. Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio.
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
- Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
- Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data.
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision.
- Rapidly design and create low-fidelity Wireframes, Prototypes, user flows, and more for multiple features, large and small.
- Work with stakeholders and define fact-finding research opportunities for target player personas, user journeys, and flows.
- Think critically, demonstrate empathy, and create recommendations for player interactions and desired behaviors within our game systems.
- Drive collaboration with engineers, PMs, artists, and game designers to initiate and document ideation of feature needs.
- Seek reviews from stakeholders and peers to rapidly iterate upon UX designs, making decisions informed by feedback and user data.
