Principal Full Stack Developer

A client of mine is seeking a highly skilled Principal full stack developer to work on a SaaS platform used by B2C companies. They're rapidly growing, creating SaaS products for companies in the healthcare space. This candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the main platform that healthcare physicians and patients use to communicate on.

As a Principal full stack developer, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them through technical challenges and helping them improve their skills. Develop and maintain features for the SaaS platform, utilizing React and Node. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, has great communication, and is a team player!

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development with React and Node
• Strong experience in leading teams of developers, setting coding standards, and delivering high-quality code
• Experience working on SaaS platforms, and strong understanding of cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development principles such as data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience with automated testing and deployment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
