One of America's fastest-growing MIT FinTech startups in Boston is seeking a hybrid, full-time, Senior Product Designer. On the product design team, individuals will utilize AI and predictive analysis to help the organization meet the auto, home, and life insurance needs of prospective clients.

Additionally, this opportunity will present designers with the chance to create design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential. This hybrid role will allow designers to incorporate their creative background with artificial intelligence while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This role requires you to come onsite to their location in Cambridge, MA a few times a week. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working on/with growth teams and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to drive user engagement and conversion through design solutions and think strategically and creatively, balancing business goals with user needs.
  • Curious and passionate about learning and experimentation. You enjoy using data and research to form hypotheses and craft unique, testable product experiences that help drive business impact.
  • Create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces.
  • Care about business needs, implications, and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions and can balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data.
  • Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Rapidly design and create low-fidelity Wireframes, Prototypes, user flows, and more for multiple features, large and small.
  • Work with stakeholders and define fact-finding research opportunities for target player personas, user journeys, and flows.
  • Think critically, demonstrate empathy, and create recommendations for player interactions and desired behaviors within our game systems.
  • Drive collaboration with engineers, PMs, artists, and game designers to initiate and document ideation of feature needs.
  • Seek reviews from stakeholders and peers to rapidly iterate upon UX designs, making decisions informed by feedback and user data.
