This company is on a mission to transform their Aesthetics beauty business by being one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Their Platforms help individuals look and feel their best! Some of their iconic brands include Botox, Cool Sculpting, Juvéderm, and more. They are hiring for a Design systems Product Designer to help revolutionize their market.
As a Product Designer at at this company you will be working on their Design Systems. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of end-users and incorporate their feedback into the design system. You will also create and maintain design documentation, educate, and train other designers and stakeholders on how to use the design system and its components, and continuously improve the design system by keeping up to date with new design trends and technologies. Ensuring that the design system is accessible and inclusive to all users is also a critical aspect of your role. Finally, you will advocate for design standards and best practices across the organization, representing the design team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives. Overall, your goal is to develop a user-friendly and effective design system that improves the quality and consistency of the company’s products.

Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of UX and UI design experience with experience in mobile-first responsive web design, iOS/Material Design patterns, atomic design principles, and design systems.
- Experienced in Figma or similar design tools.
- Empathy for how our consumers and aesthetic providers behave and feel about their platform and actively participate in user research.
- Gracefully accept feedback and critiques and seek out any new information that will help prepare you for your next challenge.
- A portfolio featuring examples of outstanding design work in SaaS platforms, balancing complex B2B capabilities with a consumer-grade user experience.
- This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to understand their needs and align the design system with business goals.
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown:
- Conducting research and gathering insights to inform the design system's development.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate how the design system components can be used.
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure that the design system can be efficiently integrated into their development processes.
- Documenting the design system's components, guidelines, and best practices to ensure that it is well-documented and easy to use.
- Providing guidance and support to other designers and product teams to ensure that they are using the design system effectively.
- Continuously iterating and improving the design system based on user feedback, industry trends, and changes in technology.
