Senior Frontend Developer

Our client is a cutting-edge tech start-up that specializes in private equity and venture capital investment solutions. Their platform enables investors to easily manage their investments, track performance, and make informed decisions. Due to recent success and funding, they are looking to double their engineering team this year, and are most urgently hiring for a Senior Frontend Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of their client-facing applications using Vue.js. You will work closely with their UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences. You will also be responsible for the technical design and implementation of features, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client-facing applications using Vue.js
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of modern web development tools such as webpack, babel, and npm
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
• Understanding of software development principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
