Senior Software Engineer AI Platforms

To revolutionize our processes, we are expanding our AI/ML organization and investing in cutting-edge technology, leveraging NLP and OCR to enhance patient care and reduce approval timelines.

As an AI/ML Software Engineer, you will be part of a pioneering team that is building the data infrastructure that our data scientists rely on. You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions in our Python-based tech stack, which includes Databricks, Kubernetes, Azure, Keda, and Triton.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy scalable data systems and infrastructure using Python, Databricks, Kubernetes, Azure, Keda, and Triton.
2. Collaborate with data scientists to design and improve data models that feed machine learning algorithms.
3. Ensure the performance, reliability, and efficiency of the data infrastructure.
4. Provide technical expertise and leadership in using big data technologies to enhance our ML/AI capabilities.
5. Contribute to the design and architecture of our data infrastructure to support new data initiatives and ensure security, scalability, and performance.
6. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimization data delivery, and automation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, preferably with a focus on AI/ML data infrastructure.
3. Proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
4. Experience with our tech stack, including Databricks, Kubernetes, Azure, Keda, and Triton.
5. Familiarity with data science concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
