We are partnered with a Series A security start up that provides fraud detection and orchestration services to a wide variety of Fortune 500 clients. They are currently looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to provide support to some of their VIP customers and collaborate with teams cross functionally. You will be responsible for the support, advocation, and advisory for some of their biggest clients. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you should have experience with tech support and networking processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience with basic coding principals/APIs. This is a fully remote role, though candidates must reside on the east coast of the US. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success/Technical Account Management
  • Strong Linux experience
  • Technical Support/Troubleshooting
  • Network/Authentication protocols
  • Scripting experience
  • Basic coding- knowing how to make basic edits
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related STEM degree
  • Experience supporting orchestration tools
