Job Description

From being named one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, this company is on a mission to transform the Aesthetics business. They are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join their expanding UX team. This is a full-time, remote role. They just successfully launched a new innovative technology platform, which has served millions of consumers, tens of thousands of providers, and colleagues throughout the US, since their launch in November 2020. Since then, they have delivered curated promotions and personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use them on their journey. The platform also provides data-driven insights from client events to show customer engagement trends and provide decision-makers context.

As a design team member, you will be firsthand transforming our users’ experience by designing elegant digital products that consumers love. This company bridges the gap between consumers and providers through our expertise and world-class technology capabilities in their B2B offering. Using dual-track agile teams arranged into tribes, squads, chapters, and guilds, our work is visible and integrated across the organization, as their primary goal is testing and improving their hypotheses each day while supporting each other to deliver the best outcome. You would be responsible for user research projects of significant size and complexity for their medical aesthetics provider audience under the direction of UX research leadership. Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of UX and UI design experience.
  • Experience in mobile-first response, web design, iOS/Material Design patterns, atomic design principles, and design systems.
  • Experience with Figma or other design tools necessary.
  • Show empathy for how our consumers and providers act and participate towards our user research.
  • Able to take constructive feedback and critiques throughout your time here and seek out any added information that will better prepare you for your next project.
  • A portfolio showing design work in SaaS platforms, balancing complex B2B capabilities with a consumer-grade user experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown:

  • Support your Product Manager in product discovery, help design end-to-end experiences across a series of channels, withhold consistency and UX team standards, while supporting engineering on the execution of those experiences.
  • Regulate design reviews to ensure organization with our key stakeholders being medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
  • Engage in qualitative user research, craft journey maps, and use other qualitative and quantitative mechanisms to monitor the product and make iterative improvements.
  • Provide insights into design trends, conduct UX teardowns of related user experiences, and share your learnings with the product design chapter.
  • Expand our design system with new components, micro-interactions, and illustrations.
