Senior UX Researcher - Charlotte, NYC, or Frisco

Job Description This role is at a major banking institution that provides retirement services. They are looking to bring on a Senior UX Researcher to join their team. This role would be focused on their b2b team aiming to improve the main platform for their retirement plans. It’s a pretty web focused position that would require a combo of qualitative and quantitative research. This role would require you to go onsite to either Charlotte, NC, Frisco, TX or NYC. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years of experience as a UX Researcher
• Strong mixed methods research background
• Experience conducing user testing, user interviews, & storytelling
• Great communication skills
• Bachelors Degree
