Software Engineer - Portfolio Management

Job Description

An Investment Management company in the Boston area is looking for either a Junior, Mid-level, or Senior Software Engineer to join their team. They have an enormous portfolio and help build out the boards of several high profile companies such as Pluralsight, Klaviyo, Smartsheet, and Vestmark. The ideal candidate is skilled in C#, .NET 4.8, SQL, and either React on the front end or in the Azure cloud. This is a direct hire hybrid role.

In this role you will be helping automate their portfolio processes which will lead to faster trades because, in this business time is quite literally money! In addition, you will also help scale out their portfolios and add more back end features.

Required Skills & Experience

• Highly skilled in C# and .NET development

• Skilled in SQL

• Strong communication skills

• Skilled in either React.js or Azure cloud

• BS/MS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in the finance industry

• Docker or Kubernetes experience

• Experience migrating to the cloud or .NET 6
