Solutions Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with engineering teams, understanding customer requirements, and leveraging your technical expertise to develop and deliver customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams and project managers to understand client requirements and design scalable solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert in electrical engineering and SaaS integration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any technical concerns or challenges that arise.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer workflows and systems to identify areas of improvement and recommend tailored solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.
• Work closely with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements and improvements.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including solution architectures, deployment guides, and user manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the development process.
• Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales process, providing technical insights and conducting product demonstrations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role in the SaaS industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and knowledge of its various services and offerings.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts and workflows is highly desirable.
