Staff Golang Engineer / Kubernetes / Remote

We are partnered with a Pre-Series A Kubernetes Security start up that protects companies from their Kubernetes environments from being vulnerable to malicious activity. They are looking for a Staff Golang Engineer to work on high-performance, scalable application that powers their products. You will collaborate with a team of experienced engineers and product managers to design and develop new features, as well as maintain and improve existing systems.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Kubernetes and other modern automation tooling.
This is a fully remote role that can be done virtually anywhere in the US. Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Go (Golang) development.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or similar.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience deploying and scaling out applications into Kubernetes is a must
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience with modern security tools is a plus
