Test Automation Lead - Hybrid (Boston)

Our client, a renowned healthcare organization with a rich history of serving the people of Boston for over 150 years, is seeking a Test Automation Lead to join their IT Quality Assurance team. This is a remote position; however, it is limited to specific states (excluding California). The organization is dedicated to providing accessible care for everyone and is known for their mix of innovative healthcare, cutting-edge research, and inclusive programs.

As the Test Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in building an automation framework and driving the implementation of test automation best practices. Your responsibilities will include developing an automation test strategy and roadmap for the organization. Strong expertise in Unified Functional Testing (UFT) with HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) is required for this role. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, along with hands-on leadership experience.

This is a hybrid role located in Downtown Boston, MA that requires 1 day a week in the office. 
Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Unified Functional Testing (UFT) with HP Quick Test Pro (QTP).
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Hands-on leadership experience.
• Proficiency in automating UI, APIs, web services, and back-end processes.
• Ability to develop an automation test strategy and roadmap.
• Knowledge of test automation best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building an automation framework.
