A Fintech company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their design team. This position is a fully remote, full-time role. Specifically, this Senior Product Designer will work on the company’s software that provides prospective investors with a streamlined service to invest and manage private investments.
Within this start-up environment, candidates will have the ability to shape the company’s brand and pursue advancement opportunities within the company. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who can demonstrate creative methodologies that align with the company’s mission of bridging the gap between investors and the innovation economy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience
- A design portfolio that demonstrates a creative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite), high-fidelity prototyping tools, or animation software.
- The ability to work with highly technical teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- General communication skills, including a proven ability to build great relationships.
- A thorough understanding of company brand values and brand aesthetics
- The ability to take on a variety of tasks within a start-up environment.
- A systems thinker who values creating efficient processes to streamline work.
- Frontend development familiarity or experience - Javascript, CSS - specifically, frameworks such as Vue and React.
- Experience working in Fintech with designing way-finding solutions, and mobile applications.
- Communicate and work with the development team to create UX/UI projects for future digital products, features, and internal tools.
- Report to the Head of Design with ideas regarding the creation of processes and assets around a frontend UI library.
- Assist the Lead Designer in creating and expanding the company’s digital brand methodology.
- Produce product UX feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
