VP Compliance and Quality Engineer
Are you looking for an exciting VP Compliance and Quality Engineer opportunity? Look no further, a company based out of Boston, MA is looking for you! The company is a SaaS company that provides an AI-based platform that analyzes over a billion patient encounters to improve health care outcomes. You will be applying their models to patient data from sources like paper charts, EHRs, API requests, etc.

They are currently looking for a VP Level of Compliance and Quality Engineer that is going to spearhead and handle compliance and quality processes, certifications, supplier quality, design validation and continuous improvement activities across the company. As the VP of Compliance and Quality, you will report into their COO. They are looking for someone who has implemented “HiTrust” across their current company working with Development, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales for the whole company, and understands how all the pieces fit together. You will be responsible for all 3rd certifications, for example, SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA. As well you will lead continuous monitoring and process updates/improvements.

This role is meant to be a hybrid/remote (1-2 days a week in Dedham, MA office). From a salary perspective, they can be flexible. Sweet spot would be $190k-$210k base + 15% annual bonus + options. Total Comp would be $230k-$250k or so. As well, they offer very strong benefits, unlimited PTO, 4% 401k match, phone/internet reimbursement, and half day Fridays!

  • 8+ years’ experience in a quality and/or compliance role in a health IT organization.
  • Experience with HIPAA, Hitrust, or SOC 2 regulations/requirements
  • Audit and quality systems documentation and monitoring experience

  • Great communication skills, verbal skills, and collaboration skills
  • Having knowledge of the regulatory requirements for software as a medical device
