Our Clients, an Ivy League College in Cambridge, MA is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a hybrid schedule in Cambridge, MA.

***This will be a 3-month contract***

 

Responsibilities

  • Check email and voicemail daily and assists with any and all alumni inquiries
  • Processes invoices through Buy-2-Pay and reviews/processes Purchase Card and Corporate Card purchases
  • Helps with onboarding suppliers and liaises with vendors
  • Places W.B. Mason orders
  • Uploads alumni data updates into Advance
  • Generates alumni mailing lists for internal and external uses
  • Makes name tags, table tents, place cards, and puts together folders/programs/materials for events
  • Sets up Zoom calls scheduling for Virtual Coffee Program
  • Organizes swag closet and keep up to date on what needs to be ordered

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Qlikview, Qualtics. (Experience with Harvard Advance system preferred)
  • Event experience required
