Network Technician

Our client, a Highly Accredited University is looking to hire a Network Technician to join their team on site in Cambridge, MA!

***This is an 2 Year initial contract position**

 

What You Will Be Doing

• Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of 24/7 platform, network traffic, threats and alerts
• Working in collaborative, internal and external cross functional teams to achieve timely resolution of platform affecting issues
• Assist engineers with installations and troubleshooting of Cisco Switches
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Desktop Support or Network Support Experience
• Experience with Cisco Systems
• Experience with Ticketing Systems, preferably ServiceNow
